<p>Először is szeretném megköszönni annak a maroknyi emberke csoportnak, akit érdekel és olvasgatja a blogomat, remélem jövőre is így marad...:)</p><p>Mindenkinek nagyon boldog, sérülésmentes és edzésekben, sikerekben gazdag 2012-es évet kívánok!!!!!</p><p>A saját céljaimról pedig annyit, hogy szeretném megtanulni még azt a néhány, ám de igen fontos hiányzó láncszemet a CF repertoárjából, ami nélkül nem élet az élet!!! :D:D HSPU, MU, DU (még jobban) és Rope Climb...... Továbbá nagyon boldoggá tenne, ha azon a vonalon, ahogy elkezdtük csinálni a Testakadémia Szegedet, haladna tovább, és nőné magát egy hatalmas funkcionális edzés közösséggé!!!! :).......és végül természetesen jövőre is folytatom a paleo életvitelt, hiszen ennél tökéletesebb rendszer nem létezik, és remélem minél többen lesznek a csapatból, akik átállnak az IGAZI étrendre, amire ki lettünk találva...:D </p><p>Mégegyszer: BUÉK mindenkinek!!!!</p><p><img src="http://www.tenyek-tevhitek.hu/kepeslapkuldes/kepeslapok/paleo-boldog-ujesztendot-kicsi.jpg" alt="" /></p>
